Jan will respond to you within a week and will work with you to find the best solution for your issue or problem; Guaranteed. When warranted, she may offer you a credit for additional lawyer time at reduced or no cost or a partial or full refund of your fee.

The fine print:
While we can guarantee your satisfaction with our legal services, we cannot guarantee results or outcomes.
So, this guarantee cannot cover:
• What happens with your legal matter after we leave your place of business.
• If you did not give us all of the information and documents that we needed to fully understand and analyze your situation.
